Insurance and Payment Information

At Mi Rae Acupuncture, we strive to make your treatment experience as smooth as possible, including handling insurance and payment. We accept most major insurance plans, including Personal Injury Protection (PIP) from automobile insurance. As we are currently expanding our list of accepted insurance providers, we recommend checking with your health insurance to confirm your coverage and whether we are an in-network provider under your specific plan.

Payment Options
Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and debit cards. If your insurance plan covers our services, we will be happy to assist you in verifying your benefits. However, please note that insurance verification is not a guarantee of payment, and you are ultimately responsible for any charges not covered by your insurance.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and you may need to change your plans. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other patients.
